Wholly Kaw Chypre Rose Concerto Shaving Soap 4 Oz (Old Package)

A Chypre scent is a perfume classification for aromas that contain a citrus top note, amber heart, and oakmoss/musk base. For this fragrance, Wholly Kaw has used notes of lime, bergamot, rose, lavender, rosemary, geranium, lilac, then the middle is centered on labdanum, all this on top of patchouli, oakmoss and cedarwood base. Opens with a rose scent and then mellows into an amber and woody scent.

It’s a soft soap and less chalky and can be mashed into a cup or a shaving mug for loading of the brush. The soap is slick and the enables the razor to glide on your face or other shaving area. The cushiony lather provides protection for the skin from the sharp blade or razor while shaving. It can be lathered using palm, bowl or face lather after loading the brush.

It comes in a 6 oz PETG jar containing 4 oz of shaving soap leaving enough room in the jar for easy loading of the brush.

Labdanum resin is blended with myrrh and benzoin for the amber character.

Does not contain coconut oil in the tallow version.
