Badger brush heads require proper care. Do not immerse the brush handle in the water, use water <108°F, and avoid mashing, forceful, or twisting actuations. Rinse the knot head thoroughly of all soap residue after use, and allow to fully dry before its next use. Never enclose a damp brush.
